De acuerdo al Real decreto 390/2021 es obligatorio tener el certificado energético y la opción “en trámite” no es válida.
Por este motivo, ¿confirmas que el certificado energético de este inmueble está siendo tramitado por un profesional cualificado, que actualizarás este campo una vez finalizada la certificación y que, mientras no lo hagas, estás de acuerdo en que el anuncio se publique mostrando la calificación energética menos eficiente ("G")?
Do you confirm that this building is exempt of the energy certificate?
The buildings exempt of requiring the energy certificate according to article 2.2 are:
a) Buildings officially protected as part of a declared environment or due to their special architectural or historic value, provided any action to improve their energy efficiency should unacceptably alter their nature or appearance, the authority determining the official protection being responsible for deciding on the unalterable elements.
b) Buildings or parts of buildings used exclusively as places of cult and for religious activities.
c) Provisional constructions with a planned time of use of two years or less.
d) Industrial, defence and non-residential agricultural buildings, or parts thereof, of low energy demand. Those areas that do not need to guarantee comfortable heating conditions, such as those used as workshops and for industrial processes, will be considered of low energy demand.
e) Isolated buildings or parts of buildings with a total useful surface area of under 50 m2.
f) Buildings bought for considerable reformation or demolition.
g) Housing buildings or parts of buildings used under four months a year or for a limited time each year and with an expected energy consumption of under 25 percent of what would result from their use throughout the whole year, provided this is stated in a responsible declaration by the owner of the dwelling.
